He is a strong and seasoned legal practitioner with in-depth knowledge of commercial practice. He offers services in franchising, procurement, contract management, commercial arbitration, real estate, international purchasing, perfection of instrument and commercial litigation.
He is a lead facilitator at the University of Ibadan School of Business. Patrick taught Company law and practice at the Faculty of Law of Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki from 2004 to 2006. He has acted as a resource person in seminars and lectures on procurement law, contract management and international purchasing.
Patrick obtained his law degree from the University of Calabar and has a Masters of Laws degree from the University of Ibadan. He was admitted to the rolls of legal practitioners in Nigeria in 2000.
